Our Factory is a supplier who is engaged in plastic precision mould and plastic goods. It was founded in 2000,and became a new star in plastics mould producer in shorter time, which depended on the mould quality with high standard and the serve of satisfaction.
Our factory is situated in the developing industry garden area of Ningbo country in Zhejiang province, who possess 1800 thousand Yuan property capital, covering an area of 2,500 square meters of area and reaching 4000 thousand Yuan per year. Our capital equipments are 2 imported NC's machines (X and Y's stroke is 1.7 meters of Mi*0.8 respectively 1 meter of *0.55'rice), and major 13mechanical equipments such as EDM2's platform etc. Moreover, the factory has a trunk of 10 tons in capity .The factory have the further development in the near future. The factory own one batch of high technology troops of the manufacturing exported mould, including more than 40 peoples now. Among them, 18persons are technician and metalworking, 16peoples are in the processing department, 3peoples are in engineering department and 4peoples are in the designing department. At present, the mould of this factory¡¯s heart is Pro/E's design, Cim's process with Japanese mould auto design software being recommended in the plan.
